AMALGAMATION OF MINES.—MEETING OF ALL NATIONS.
A meeting of the shareholders in the All Nations Goldmining Company was held this afternoon when it was unanimously agreed to amalgamate with the Long Drive and Junction mines on the leases of 2% shares allotted to the Long Drive, 14 to the All Nations, and 8 to the Junction, the Long Drive to advance £1200 to the amalgamated company at five per cent, for ope yoai1, Other adjoining oompames are to be invited to unite with the Gombination already formodi
The paragraph which appeared in our issue of Saturday last with reference to the question of salvage of Miltiodes was apparently inserted prematurely. Messrs Owen and Graham, the agents for that ship, are quite unconscious ss yet of any claim against the ship for salvage services. The horses Lwrline and Papapa are to be shipped for Melbourne from Wellington by the next steamer.
The El Dorado Goldmining Company s meeting to-day lapsed for want of a quorum.
