Jemima Morgan also pleaded guilty. ■■..,'■ Sergeant-Major Pardy said the prisoners were notoriously bad characters and a nuisance to the neighbourhood, and he would ask the Bench to give them a long sentence. The Bench sentenced Curtis to twelve months' and Morgan to iiine months' iiiipt}: Eonrhent. : Curtis said she did "not care a button for that : she could do that bit on her head. Prisoners were then removed. ABSENT WITHOUT LEAVE. Peter Caprera was sentenced to one month's imprisonment for being absent without leave from the schooner Albert Rose since Tuesday last. This was all the business.
