DR. LIVINGSTONE'S REMAINS.
London, April 13.— The remains of the late Dr. Livingstone have arrived at Southampton. —The mail steamship Peraleft Galle on the 12th instant for Australia. —The mails by the steamer Bangalore, which left Melbourne on the 26th February, were delivered to-day, via Brindisi.— Don Carlos has rejected the proposals which were made by Marshal Serrano with a viewto an arrangement for the cessation of hostilities; The French Press has been forbidden to attack the Septenniate. The Legitimist and Bonapartist organs have been warned against making statements which deny its irrevocability.
