Ladybird in Manukau, from Southern ports : 30 bags mal^, Sutter and Co ; 1 case, Montague; 3 hhds, Read ; 1 bale, McArthur and Co. ; 10 sacks, oatmeal, Copeland ; 10 ditto ditto, Morton ; 2 cases cheese, Langdale ; 1 parcel, Hare ; 1 ditto, Welch ; 1 case, J. Veale ; 2 ditto, Hoskins ; 7'horses, Quimbran.
W The s.s. Ladybird arrived in the Manukau to-day with the following passengers : —Mr and Mrs Sclander, Mr and Mrs Morton, Mrs Jones, Mrs Alborough, Mr Eaini, Mr Buteman, Mr Evans, Mr Hamilton, Messrs Cockburn Hood, Quinlivan, Morey, Forbes, and thirty-eight in the steerage. The p.s. Lady Bowen, after being repaired, resumed her trips to-day. She left at eleven o'clock for Mahurangi and Hot Springs. The p.s. Takapuna has been laid upon the gridiron for some unimportant repairs. The brig "Derwent, Captain Ohlson, arrived from Oamaru last night, having left that port on the 30th ultimo. She experienced light northerly winds and fine weather along the
coast. Passed the East Cape on the Sth instant at 10 a.m., and Mercury Island at 10 p.m. on Thursday night. She brings a cargo of breadstuffs, ■which will be found particularised under imports. The sohooner Ocean left Wangarei for Auckland yesterday at noon. The cutter Fawn arrived at Eussell on Thursday morning. The s.s. Go-ahead, Captain McGillivray, arrived at Onehunga this morning at 4 a.m. She left Wanganui at 2 p.m. on the 9th, crossed the bar at 2.30, and arrived at New Plymouth at 4 a.m. on the 10th. Left again at 7.30 a.m., and arrived off the bar at midnight, and Onehunga as above. Experienced light southerly breezes with fine weather throughout. Passengers:—Messrs Brinsden, McGee, and Howell. We are indebted to Mr W. F. Newman, purser, for files. The s.s. Murray arrived at Half-past two o'clock this morning from Eussell and Wangarei. Mr. Anderson, the purser, obliges us with the report, passenger list, and manifest.
The Murray left Russell at 8 p.m. on Thursday, and arrived at Wangarei Heads at 5 a.m. on Friday, and at Wangarei at 10 a.m. She left Wangarei at 3 p.m., and the Heads at 6 p.m., arriving at the. Queen-street WHarf at the hour above-mentioned. Cargo : 77 bags of gum, Hutchinson; 1 cask of oil, Combes and Daldy ; 20 cases of fruit, order.
Passengers : Captain and Mrs Grant, Mr and Mrs Douglas, Mrs Barton,.Mrs McAlister, Mrs Cole, Miss Macdonald, Miss Rose,
Captains Chase, Potter, and Barker, Messrs

The Rowena arrived from Russell early this morning. She brings the following cargo —8 barrels oil, Owen and Graham ; 35,000 shingles, D. 7 Goldie ; ] 8 cases fruit,
Eaton ; 7 bags gum, Owen and Graham; 72<do do, W. F. Ball; 28 do do, P. J. Ed- ' mouds; 25 do do, Goodacre, 83 do do, Hutchson and Co. ; and the following passengers: C. J. Hutchinson, Calclwell, Tolerton, McGury, Hewitt,. Mrs Lyong, Mrs Redfern, i Miss. Adamson, and nine in steerage.
