At the E.M. Court, yesterday, before W. N. Searancke, E.M. Shine v. Burke, L 2, labour ; Mr Leary for defendant—judgment for plaintiff with costs.—Athol v. Whiting, £20, wages ; Mr Leary for plaintiff, Mr Hay for defendant, £10 Is paid into Court— judgment for the amount paid in, the plaintiff to pay costs.—Whiting v. Athol, £4 Is, money paid ; Mr Hay for plaintiff, Mr Leary for defendant—judgment for plaintiff with costs. — Jackson v. Thomson, £20, money lent ; Mr Hay for plaintiff, Mr Leary for defendant. After plaintiff's case had been proved the defendant agreed to pay the amount claimed and costs.
