The following vessels were loading for Atickland:—Agnes Muir, 851, at London July 15 ; Chile, 7GB, at London July 19 ; Glenhuntly, 547, at London July 20 ; Glenlora, to leave London August 25; Hudson, to leave London August 5 ; Hindostan, 833, to leave London August 25 ; Naworth, 346, at Liver-
pool June 14. The ship Hydaspes took her final departure from Deal for Auckland on the 2Sth July. She was spoken on the 2nd August in 48° N. (i° W. She is now GS days out.
7 he Ferndale left Deal on the 2nd August.
Twenty guineas premium is being asked on the fine Liverpool ship Toftcombs, which sailed from Liverpool on December 2S, 1872, for (N.Z.) She is one of Mr Joseph Steel's vessels.
FREIGHTS.—Messrs T. P. Staley and Co. quote rates from London to Auckland : rough measurement, 40s. ; fine, 45s to 50s ; liquids, GOa; weight, HOs ; cemant, ss; bottled beer; Is 3d per do*, in cases, Is 4d in casks.
