The barque Gladiateur having discharged her Liverpool cargo (which, by the bye, lias been turned out in good condition), will leave for Newcastle, N.S.W., to-morrow, to load coal for Singapore. She takes one passanger to Newcastle —Mr Gr. .Tacßson.

jgThe steamer Star of the -South will leave for Napier on Thursday afternoon, at two o'clock, instead of to-morrow, as previously announced.

Tlie schooner Fortune has cleared outwards with a cargo of timber for the Bay of Plenty, via Opotiki. The schooner Amaranthe cleared out yesterday, for Kaipara, and will leave this afternoon.

The schooner Saucy Lass has cleared outwards with a fine general cargo for Napier, and leaves this afternoon.

The p.s. Comerang will not leave on her usual trip to the Northern ports on Friday, as she will be laid up to clean. The barque Amateur, now loading timber at Wangaroa, will sail from thence for Adelaide on the 22nd inst. Intending passengers can be forwarded per steamer to Wangaroa two days previous to that date. The s.s. Star of the South will leave for Napier to-morrow afternoon at two o'clock. The s.s. RoAvena left yesterday evening for Russell and the North, with twelve passengers and a general cargo. The schooner Queen left last evening for Russell.

The schooner Strathnavar left for the Thames last night with the remainder of her cargo from Dunedin. The barquentine Prince Alfred having discharged her Lyttelton cargo will proceed to Wangaroa to load timber for Adelaide. The schooner Dauntless is filling up with timber and cargo for Samoa, and will sail at the end of the week.

The barque Ayr is turning out her cargo of sugars from the Mauritius in an excellent condition. She will be discharged in course of a week, weather permitting. ' The brigantine Flirt is alongside the Woodwharf unstepping masts, &c. She will be ready for sea in course of a week. The schooner Energy has discharged her cargo from Dunedin in first-rate condition, and is open for charter. The schooner Kenilworth, on discharge of her cargo, will receive an overhaul previous to proceeding on another voyage. The schooner Amaranthe has hauled away from the wharf and leaves this afternoon for Kaipara. The repairs to the outer T of the wharf are now completed, and a very substantial job has been made of it. Advantage has been taken of the accidental demolition of the Landing Waiter's office to substitute new piles for the foundation before its reerection.

The stevedores on board the Agnes Muir are making up for lost time. Her cargo is being turned out rapidly, and the deadweight stuff has already been reached. All the cargo is in good preservation. On discharge of the Auckland portion she will proceed South with the- remainder, amongst which we observed a quantity of deal flooring boards.

The London trading ship Queen Bee has nearly completed her loading for London. The schooners Julia Price and Mata have both transhipped their cargoes into her, and she'will sail positively on the 20th instant. Several of the saloon cabins and intermediate berths have already been engaged, and intending passengers would do well to inspect her accommodation and communicate with Messrs L. D. Nathan and Co., the ship's agents. _______________
