defence. The Jury returned a verdict of " Not Guilty ;" the prisoner was therefore discharged. TRUE TOLLS. True bills were found against Alexander McMillan (three cases), H. L. S. Brooking, Pani (a native), Francis Conway, William Odium, John McVilly, and Edward McAdam.
