ADELAIDE.

August 15

A telegram has been received from Mr Todd, Superintendent of the Telegraph Department. It was despatched from Barrow's Creek, and says that the whole line will bo open at the end of next week. The Estafette arrived late last evening (Wednesday), having left the southern end of tho northern portion of the wire on Tuesday morning, thus crossing the gap in one day. The cable is still silent.
