CITY COUNCIL.
To the Editor of the Evening Stab. Sib,— I wish to know what right JMr S. Jones had to speak in such a manner, as he did in Council yesterday, respecting the election of Mr Isaacs ? Why was Mr Jones not in his place to second the motion for the election of Mr Macready ? And of all in Council the charge "Clique "and "Ring" comeß worst from Mr gJones. Verh. sap. — Yours, & Ci Citizen.
