KELLY'S GOLD MINING COMPANY.
A special general meeting of the shareholders in Kelly's Q-old Mining Company was held this day at noon, in the Mechanics' Institute—Warwick Weston, Esq., in the chair. The object of the meeting was to take into consideration the proposed terms of amalgamation with adjoining claims. The following resolutions were submitted to tho meeting, and passed unanimously:— " That in the opinion of this'meeting, the terms offered to Kelly's Gold Mining Company by the Belfast Gold Mining Company are not sufficient, and should be amended."
"That the directors of this company be authorised to make such terms of amalgamation with adjoining claims as they may deem most advantageous." " That in the event of suitable terms of amalgamation being arranged, the directors proceed forthwith to wind up this company."
