The first witness called was James Skenft;'the legal imanager of the Hazelbank Gold Milling Company. The facts deposed to by tliis witness were in the main the same as those adduced in evidence the previous day. The only addiiions made were that on the 19th of October the company was indebted to Crosbie to the extent of £173 17s. Id., to Beveridge and Ritchie £38 12s. 6d., R. H.
