Evening Star Office, Tuesday afternoon-

Messrs. L. D. Nathan and Co. held an extensive sale of drapery, more or less damaged by salt water, ex Alexandrina, from London. There was a good attendance, and fair prices were realised.

At Messrs. H. S. Meyers and Co.'s sale, this morning, of fruit, jams, &c, ex Bella Mary, from Hobart Town, the following prices were realised : —Apples, Permains, 2|d ; crabs, If d to 2d; jams, Knight Bros., in tins, 6s 6d per dozen ; ditto, in jars, 6d per lb.; butter, 6d to 6^d ; onions, lid ; barley, ex Midge, 2s 6d to 2s Yd 5 maize, 4s Id, 4a 2d, 4s 3d; flour, 14s ; hops, ll|d to 16£ d.

Mr. Or. Sibbin held a sale of produce at his mart to-day, and the following prices were realised :—-Maize, 4s to 4s 3d ; potatoes, 3s 3d ; wheat, 3s 6d; barley, 3s 6d ; bacon, 5d to 6d per lb.; butter, 6d to 6|d ; cheese, 4|d to 5d ; tea, 2s 2d ; kerosene, 3s 6d.

Messrs. Samuel Cochrane and Son sold at their rooms, ;ifoi!t-Btreet,- this day, the following, saved .front the wreck .of the schooner ludusfcry,:—-The hull, as it now lies at Waikato Heads, £5 ; standing rigging, 11s 6d per cwifr; wire rigging, 2d per Ib.; blocks, 2s, 2s 6d, 4s, and 6s 6d each; booms, 9s and 12s each; anchor, 2£d per lb. ; kedge, 3Jd per 1b..; rope, 2d ; 2Jd, 2fd, and 3d per lb.; sails, £1 12s 6d, £2 ss, £3 10s, and £8 15s e ach j copper,' 4£d per lb.; old chain, Id to 2d per lb.; new chain, 3d to 3|d per lb.
