[prom ottr OWN COBBESPONDENT.] Grahamstowst, 2.30 p.m. The Caledonian have 1166 ounces this morning, making a total of 7472 ounces. 100U ounces is now being retorted, and 6 cwt. of very rich stone has been brought up this morning. The Moanatairi have some more specimens this morning, The Una has taken out 80 lbs. today. At the Police Court Elizabeth Sherrard was sentenced to one month's imprisonment for stealiug a locket from Mrs. Schafer. A message from McLean has been sent to the natives, at the Land Court, asking them to use their infiuence to obtain permission lor the Ohinemuri mail to pass. . 0 ■
