Trevana, £7 14s. ; Angus and Campbell v. Kelly, £16 14s. 7d. Cases Adjourned.—Porter and Co. v Goiden Harp Grold Mining Company, £9 15s. ; same v. Montezuma Cold Mining Company, £5 145.; same v. Mt rmaid Grold Mining Company, £5 7s. 3d. Nonsuits.—Parsons v. Wallnutt, £3 12s. Defended Cases. D. Dalton v. F. Toyvees.—Claim £5 damages.—Mr. Wynn for the plaintiff.—The plaintiff and defendant were rival 'bus drivers, and the action arose out of a collision sjid to have taken place through the defendant's npgligence. Evidence of a very contradictory character having been heard, the Court gave judgment for the plaintiff with costs. Inglls t. SHhPHEED.—CIaim £2 6s. 4d., for work done and goods supplied.—After hearing evidence, a nonsuit was recorded. Skinneb v. Wokfoik.—Claim £1 lis. 6d. Evidence having been given, judgment was recorded for the plaintiff.
