FARM of 170 acres of rich Grass Land, at Mangare, all fenced, and subdivided into 12 paddocks. The Farm has a substantial Residence erecterl upon it ; there are also two Orchards well stocked with fruit trees, Garden, &c, &c. The owner of this Farm v about to proceed to England, and w 11 in consequence sell it at a low price—292. Fine SUBURBAN FARM of 49 acres, situated at Point Chevalier. The Farm is securely fenced and subdivided ; 19 acres oi it is first quality volcanic soil. The land is partly fenced, and is volcanic soil. Nearly the whole of the purchase money may remain for 7 year*, at 8 per cent.— 285. FARM of 330 acres, 100 acres of which are in grass. FARM of 700 aces (more or less), situate 19 miles from town, subdivided into 10 Paddocks; 300 acres are laid down in grasß; a good stream of water runs ! through the land, offering a fine site for water-power, one fall of 10 feet. A Small Three-roomed House on the Farm, wiih Stabling, Hay-loft, Barn, &c, &c. The whole of the land is fenced—7.
