(Before T. Beckham, Esq., R.M.) DRUNKENNESS. Eliza Toouey, Emily Rowley, John Fox, and Robert Allwright, charged with the above offfliice, were fined 5s and costs, or in default to be imprisoned for 24 hours. John B. McAdams, charged with the same i offence a second time was fined 10s and costs, or to be imprisoned for 48 hoursj with hard 9 labour. Pleaded guilty "It appears M that she had been in Mr. Phillips's employ- | ment, at wages of 14s per week, and was ad- | dieted to drunkenness. Sentenced to be imprisoned for 3 months S with hard labor. The Court then rose.
