Bruce gave a detailed report olf the meeting's decisions. 'The Mayor brought up the matter of purchasing streamers of coloured lights. IThe Power Board could supply these at £4 a string. He hadl suggest edl to the Board that they should 'hire .them to the Borough, Tbut the ißoardi thought they were so seldom used it would not pay:. (Cr.
