Na-ismith, G. Hennteg, A. Helps, C. L. Wilson, A>. Shuttleiworth, J. McCaw, W. Ramsay, E. H. Giddens, T. E. iMoKenzie, W. E. M. Jacobs oil and P. G. Riches. An apology was received from Mrs F. Wright. VOTES OF SYMPATHY. Motions of sympathy were passed to Mrs M,ase'field in the loss of her father, Mr,. R. Latter and' to Mr W. Robinson of Okain's Bay in l the death of his wife, a very energetic member of the Plunket Committee from the time of its inception. The nurse's report for work during the month was read and adopted. Accounts amounting to £1' 8s were passed for payment. 'Messrs Ford Motors Company wrote offering- to (bring dawn a concert party on October 12th in a.i'd of the Plunket Society funds. After discussion it was decided to write to Messrs' Ford Motors that it would (be inadvisable: to have the conceit in October as there' were' so many fixtures already and suggest''n rr a later date. •Arrangements were made in connection! with the children's dance being organized by the local branch on October ,18th.
