MEETING OF DIRECTORS,
! A meeting of the directors of the I Akaroa Co-operative Butter Factory jwas held in the factory yesterday, | when there were present : Messrs P. i Cunningham (chairman), W. W. WilJ liams, G. Hammond, A. Hewitt, R. ' D. Whitehead, F. G. Armstrong, Jos. ! Gurney, and F. Brocherie. j Mr C. M. Ollivier waited on the : directors and explained several mat- | ters affecting finance. He undertook ; to furnish a report later. J After discussion, the chairman i moved that the factory pay out Is ! Od on the September butter-fat and . ] ; 3d on the October butter-fat. ! Seconded by Mr Hewitt and carried. | Messrs Brown Bros, wrote re D.C. ; motor in the possession of the facI lory, and it was decidcd the manager ! write offering it to Messrs Brown ; Bros, for £25. j Mr F. Brocherie gave notice to discuss matters at next meeting affecting the staff of the factory. I The meeting then terminated.
