DOMINION WEATHER FORECAST.
The /weather forecast for the 24 hours from 9 a.m. yesterday has been received from Mr. Bates, Government Meteorologist, as follows :— Winds—Variable and strong breeze but southerly, moderate • to strong prevailing and freshening. Weather—Expect dull weather, with much mist and fog in parts. Heavy rain to be expected with rivers flooded. •Barometer has a falling tendency, but rising after about 16 hours. Seas rough: Tides good.
