SENTENCED TO DEATH
BURGLVR KILLS A M\M. Sydney, October 8. Sheogoso, a burglar, has been sentenced to Jeath for the murder of a man named Hoej in July 22nd. The prisoner, in his state nent, said that ho was getting a rifle out cf ■Joey's tent in Ihe dmknesa, when it went off md shot Hney. He was scared by the accilent and fled.
