A PLEASANT WEDDING.

Some three months ago. Mr Morgan Tot , hill Lawrence, a brother of Mrs Mackay of the Criterion Hotel, and a resident oi the pretty town of Oberon, near Bathurst, N.8.W., was in ill health and came over to fee his Akaroa relatives. Mackay of Robineeu's Bay, and she consented to re* burn with him to brighten hie Australian home. The marriage took place in the Pres* byterian Oharch, Akaron, on Tuesday after mon, the Rev. J. Pattison officiating. The bride was dressed in whife figured silk trim* mcd with lace, insertion, and orange bios , soins, and the orthodox veil, and she and the bridesmaids carried charming fjouquete the gifts of the bridegroom. Her bridesmaids were Miss Whitfidd, of Robinson's Bay, who wore a spotted muslin trimmed with blue chiffon, and the Misses Eva and Maud Mackry, the two pretty little nieces »f (he bridegroom, who were dressed in whife silk with blue streamers. The bridfs maids hats were white, and the bride's tra* v oil ing ilrefie was a fawn cashmere trimmed to match.
