THE Ak*ro> and Wainui Road Board propose to borrr w from the Govern* men\ by Special L'»an, under "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901," snd the amend ments thereof, the cam of £6COO, for the purpose of metalling the mads in the Aknrna and Wainui Road District, specified in the Schedule hereto at the approximate cost set opposite each road. That sush loan be fora period of 26 yeatp, and that the annual charge by way of interest and sinking fund payable thereon, be at the rate of £5 per centum per annum.
