"THE BIRDS' NUISANCE ACT, 19C2," NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that His Excellenoy the Governor has appointed the first eight clays of the months of July, August, September, October and November in e»ch year for CONCERTED ACTION IN LAYING POISONED GRAIN to destroy small birds, and this Board notifies, in termß of Section 9 of the ■aid Act, their intention to lay poisoned grain on the roads under their control. The Board invite farmers to amst by laying Grain on their lands at the times specified.
