"VTOTICE 18 HEREBY GIVEN that it is proposed to alter the course of a certain road intersecting the property owned by Mr John Henry Dawber, at Le Bon's Bay, as shewn on Road Deviation Plan No. 478 (as amended) by stopping those portions thereof containing 1 acre 3 roods 19-8 per ches, being part of R.S. 19234 and 14163 coloured green on the said plan, and by opening in lieu thereof those portions contoining 1 aoro 2 roods 9 7 perches, being pares of R.B. 19234 and 14163 colored red on the said plan.
