There bad also been several bud culverts on other roadi, which be bad had repaired. There were five or six culverts wrong on the Long Bay road. He believed 'hat it would be wijer to have all culverts in faiureput in by the Boards own men, as those put in by contractors were generally unaatirfac ory.
