At Wednesday's meeting of tbe Board of Education, the following address was presented to the Hon. Wm. Montgomery: 'To the Hon. W. We have for so many years been accustomed to rely upon your well proved judgment, your nn-varying courtesy, evr friendly advice, and cooperation, that in losing you we feel that wo are parting with a friend,.-a'.guide, who has long commanded our affection |as well as our trust and esteem.
