And it is further proposed to pledge as security for the above loan/ in addition to the special rate prescribed by law, the rents £nd profits now accruing I from that block, of land knoVn as the Lake Forsyth Drainage Reserve, toy gether with the rents and profits from the lands now vested in the Council and described in the first schedule of * The Lake Forsyth Lands Vesting Act, 1896/ as well as any rents and profits hereafter accruing from lands which m>ty at any time be reclaimed or drained, or partially reclaimed or drained by the proposed works : the same being the lands described in the second schedule of the above mentioned Act. Notice is hereby also given that meetings of the County ratepayers will be held in the several sob-divisions of the County on MONDAY, November 30th, for the consideration of the above proposals, and a Poll taken on a date to be notified in due course.
