LE BON'S BAT FACTORY.
To the Editor
« S IBj __.&j Le Bon's bay Factory, we have just been handed a copy of your piper, in which there is a letter signed VV. C. Dixon, Secretary. He ptates that " At n meeting of Directors it was resolved that the Chairman's action in not publishing the Company's correspond dence, and further, in iguoring the demands of G. King & Co., be endorsed." Now, Sir, we asked that the correspondence between tho Company and ourselves be published, in order that those interested might be in a position to form an opinion aa to how far Mr Barnett was justified in his unwarrantable remarks at the annual meeting. As to ignoring our demands, the only demand wo are aware of having made was that Mr Bajneit should cease from his misleading tactics, and in the future make truthful reports. This may prove, difficult, but nevertheless we ask him to make an effort. We now thank you for finding space in your valuable paper tor our letters, and shall not trouble you further, as Mr Barnett refuses to declare himself.— Yours, &c, GEO. KING r_ CO., Ltd. Christchurch, Sept. 30th.
