Mr Northcroft, in delivering judgment in the Magistrate's Conrt against an official of the Onslow Trotting; Club for printing work done, intimated that in future Clubs will hare to show that they have got money in the Bank to pay their, debts and stakes before he would recom* m°nd the Colonial Secretary to issue a totalisator permit for their meetings.
