The Provincial Ordinances Bill was allowed to proceed as printed, and leave of absence granted for a fortnight to Messrs Renny and Bonar. The Orakei Succession Investigation Rill passed through Committee without amendment. The Unclaimed Lands Bill passed its final. Stages. The Settled Land Bill and the Kaiapoi Native Reserves Act Amendment Bill were advanced a stage. Tbe Oyster Fisheries Bill was further considered in Committee, and progress was reported. July 22. Tbe Wanganui Hospital Vesting Bill and City of Wellington Sanitation Bill were read a first time and referred to the Local Bills Committee. The Settled Lend Bill, Orakei Succession Investigation Bill, and Kaipoi Native Reserve Act Amendment Bill passed their final stages. The Provincial Ordinances Bill and Lind Transfer Act Amendment Bill were advanced a stage, and the Oyster Fisheries Bill was re committed, slightly amended, and reported,
