ADDINGTON LIVE STOCK MARKET.
Wednesday. [By Telegraph.] Mes?ra 11. Matson and Co. (Associated with the National M. & A. Co,) report on the Addington Live Stock market as follows :— Fat Sheep—Large entry to hand, including many prime lots of freezers. Competition was very brisk, resulting in a splendid sale. Late rates were fully maintained, and in some cases a rise in price was noticeable. Best froezers sold at from 20s 6d to 22a 3d, medium do 18a 6d to 19a Gi, prime merino wethers 14s to 15s lid, medium do 12s to 13s 6d. Fat crossbred ewes hardoned in prices, and sold at from 16s to 19< 9d. Storj Sheep—Small entry to hand, Crossbred ewea in lamb Bold at from 16a Gd to 18s 6d. hoggetts from 12s to 13s 6d. Fat Cattle — Large entry to hand. Piices eased a little on late rates, in sympathy with tho full markej. Store Cattle—Small entry yarded. Enquiries very firm. Pigs—Large entry. Late rates fully maintained.
