In pursuance of the powers contained in the above-mentioned Act, the Council of the Borough of Akaroa ordain as follows:— That clauses 41 and 42 of the General By-laws of the Borough, which clausesrefer to the driving of cattle through the Raid Borough, be hereby repealed.
