PUBLIC NOTICE. nvrrOTICE is hereby given, that the _j_\ Council of the Borough of Akaroa will, at a Special Meeting to be held at the Borough Council Offices, Akaroa, on Wednesday, the 6th day of December. 1882, at 7 o'clock p.m., proceed to consider the following alteration in the By-laws of the said Borough relating to driving of cattle. WILLIAM SIMS, Town Clerk. A By-law to repeal clauses 41 and 42 of the General By-laws made under provisions of " The Municipal Corporations Act, 1876." In pursuance of the powers contained in the above-mentioned Act, the Council of the Borough of Akaroa ordain as follows:— That clauses 41 and 42 of the General By-laws of the Borough, which clausesrefer to the driving of cattle through the Raid Borough, be hereby repealed.
