CRICKET.
The match on Saturday was between sides chosen by Messrs Granger and Parsons, the former's side winning a very interesting game by two runs. This was mainly due to the excellent bowling of A. Munro and A. Tosswill. W. Glynan did great execution with the ball on the other side in the first innings, Spurr doing all the work in the second. The scores were as follows :— Mb Granger's Side. The above gentlemen aro requested to meet for practice on Thursday at 4 p.m., after which the eleven will he finally selected.
