One-tree Hill. HENRY HARDINGTON Has been favoured with the instructions of John Chadwick, Esq., to sell by Private Con tract, HIS BEAUTIFUL ESTATE AT ONETREE HILL, EPSOM. It consists of about 60 acres of rich soil, capable of bearing any kind of crop, very substantially fenced and subdivided, and most part lard down in luxuriant grass. The upper line is bounded by the reserve proposed as a reservoir for supplying the City with water, and which will, of course, afford to the immediate subjaoant land a perpetual sufficing irrigation. Hillsborough. Also —that fine Property the Hemcstead of Hillsborough, about a mile from the above estate. It contains about 48-1 acres of the very best description of soil, adapted to any purpose, and has a spacious verandah Cottage of six rooms, &c.,&c. This property, from its varied peculiarities, would form one of the finest dairy farms in the country. Around it there is a great range of unenclosed land. Terms Liberal.
