ALEXANDRA LADIES' CLUB -I The. annual meeting of the Alexandra Ladies' Bowling Club was held on Wednesday last, when "Mrs Hannay presided over an attendance of 20 members. The balance-sheet, which was adopted, disclosed a satisfactory position. Office-bearers were elected as under:— President—Mrs Aimers;. Vice-presidents— Mesdames Kemp and Robertson. Sec. and Treas.—Mrs Pryor. Committee— Mesdames Hannay, McKissock, Gait, Hewitt, Hamilton, Hinton, King;. Auditor —Mr W. Hinton; Match Committee—Mesdames V. Gait, Hewitt and Robertson. It was decided to open the season on October 3rd. It was decided to set the same time limit as last year for the Champion Singles and Handicap matches viz'. Ist and 2nd Round December 18th. The time limit for Fern and j Feather matches to be one week and for Championships two weeks.
