Householders' Meetings.

A very hearty vote of thanks to the teaching staff was proposed by Mr-W. Hewitt.—Carried by acclamation. In replying Mr Mcchaelis complimented the committee on ilie, excellent work and of the interest that Mr E. Terry took in the scliool and he had only to ask for anything and it was taken up immediately by the tommittee. Mr Mcchaelis spoke of the high standard of the sporting activities in the school. Thirty to 40 swimming certificates had been awarded tljis season. The girls in the hockeys team had. brought honour to the school and- "the annual scliool sports had been keenly contested. Ho, extended a special invitation to the parents to be present at • the annual •school sports to be held in the near future.
