ALEXANDRA LODGE NO. 21

A meeting was held in the Lodge Room, Masonic Hall, Alexandra, on Wednesday, 26ih ult. A.D. Bro. C Mcintosh presided over a good mustet of brethern.

The Bards reported no brolheis on the sick list and no sick pay was required to be passed. The social committee gave a full report of the annual social, the balance sheet which showed a good credit balance was duly adopted. Aftet several members had expressed their pleasure at the excellent social provided and the patronage of the public, a hearty vote of thanks was accotded the ladies responsible, the secretary and all who assisted to make the event a success.

One new member sought admission and was duly initiated into the Bonds of Druidism in a very impressive manner by the officers. Two members were nominated.

The DP. of No. 7 District, Bro. J. H. Timmings, duly initiated the new A.D. elect, Bro. J. McQuarrie, for the current term and heartily congratulated him on bis election.

The lodge closed after the brolheis had rendered haimony.

The last meeting was held iu the Lodge Room on Wednesday evening last, A.D. Bro. J. McQuarrie presided. The lodge was opened in due form. Correspondence and minutes were duly approved. One candidate presented himself and was duly elected and initiated into the sacred Bonds of Druidism. The A D. and his officers gave a splendid rendition of the ritual. Two brethren were reported on, in the sick list and a sum was voted for sick pay Several important matters for the good and welfare of the Order were fully cousidored aud referred to committees for report at next meeting. The lodge closed with harmony.
