WEDDING BELLS.

Craig—Coombes

Another quiet wedding took place last Wednesday afternoon in the St. John's Roman Catholic Church, when Mr Cecil Craig, son of Mr and Mrs James Craig, of Pore Chalmers, was wedded to Miss Mary Coombes, daughter of Mr William Coombes, nurseryman, Gcraldine, The Rev. Father Hunt officiated. The bride, who was given away by Mr E. J. Murphy, looked very smart in a fawn gaberdine costume with shell pink hat. She carried a white prayer book. The bridesmaid, Mis? Rachael Scott, wore a white embroidery dress with hat to match, and carried a bouquet of white rose). The tatties of bestman were performed by Mr Edward Scott. After the ceremony, the wedding party adjourned to Mrs Barry's tea rooms. The young couple are making their home in Alexandra.
