SWIMMING CLUB.
The following are the new rules and regulations of the Coronation Swimming Club adopted by the Borough Council at the recent meeting :
The club is formed for promoting and teaching the useful art of swimming, and shall be called " The Alexandra Coronation Swimming Club." The control of the baths shall bo vested in the Alexandra Borough Council. No person other than a member (except. as hereinafter provided) shall be allowed to use the baths. Annual subscription (payable in advance) :• Men (18 years and over) 2s Od : ladies free. Youths (14 to 18) Is ; children free. Bathing Fees (for persons other than members) 3d ; weekly tickets (visitors) Is. Hours of admission : - Male members, week days G a.m.—2.30 p.m., and 5 p.m—B p.m. Sundays 7 a.m.— 7 p.m. Ladies : Daily (Sunday excepted) 3.30 p.m.—s p.m. Pupils attending school daily 2.30 p.m.— 3.30 p.m. (Sundays excepted). No bathing allowed except in proper bathing costume. No admittance to persons suffering from contagious, infectious or cutaneous diseases. Offensive behaviour or bad language on the baths premises strictly prohibited. Any person found climbing fences or destroying property will be prosecuted. No dogs allowed on the premises. Expectorating in or around the baths strictly prohibited. Persons whose skin is soiled or greasy as the result of their labour must thoroughly cleanse themselves in the lavatory before entering the Baths. No intoxicated person shall be allowed on the premises. .
