After spending a few weeks tn Dunedin they proceed to-Invereargill, and from ther intend to proceed to Biverton, where Miss Collins (A.T.C.L.) will commence the practice of her profession.

The golf links were in great demand on the fine days of the past week, but the ground was so soft with the recent rains that a good round was impossible. Fuldseth, Waigth and Laloli played tournament matches defeating Prath, Jeffery and Prath, while in the ladies section Miss Steele and Miss Waigth succeeded in "beating Mrs Kinaston and Miss Smith.

The flag match Coal Creek v. Boxburgh was played on the former's' ground and proved an interesting and exciting game. The ground was in fine order and both clubs had strong Yearns. Coal Creek, however, proved too strong for the visitors winning by llpts to 5. Mr D. Sillars controlled the game.
