THE POET. He walks with Sod upon the hills I And sees, each morn, the world arise Hew, bathed in light of paradise. _" He hj ears the laughter of her rille, Her melodise of many voices,
And greets her while his heart rejoices. She to his spirit undented, Makes answer as a littie child j Unveiled before bis eyes Bhe stands, And gives hor secrets to his hands. —lna D Coolbkith.
