Handicaps for the First Hack Handicap will be declared at 10.30 p.m. on night of General Entry. Acceptances will be received by the Secretary not later than 10 a.m. on the day of Races, 18th DECEMBER, 1903. The Handicaps for the Jockey Club Trot and the Second Hack Handicap will be declared on the Course immediately after the Flying Handicap is run, Acceptances for these events must be received by the Seoretary not later than half-an-hour after the handicaps are declared. Handicaps for the Farewell Handicap will be declared immediately after the Second Hack Handicap is run. Acceptances most be lodged with the Secretary not later than 20 minutes after the handicaps are declared.
