The New Biver Molyneux Co.'s Steam Dredge and 01 aim, being all that Special Dredging Claim of the New River Molyneux Gold Dredging Company, Limited, situate below Alexandra, on the Molyneux River, held under License No. 246 a, and being Section 55, Biocfe 11, Cairnhill District. And all that Steam Dredge situate on said Special Claim known as the New River Molyneux Dredge j together with all the machinery plant and appliances used in connection therewith, and all Buckets, Ladders, Ropes, Chains, Boxes, Ripples, and all other gear whatsoever.
