I was really afraid I would never regain my health. I am equally certain now that if I had not. given up the doctor's treatment I wonld' have died. To go on in this state of hopelessness was •hoar madness. The doctor's service* were dispensed with, and I told him I would not toko any more of his medicines, as it did not do! me the least good. My principal reason for adopting this course, was because I had been advised to by the grocer, with whom 1 dp business. He said that a friend of Us had been cured of a disease by Clement* Tonic, and as the symptoms were like mine he advised me to try it. In fact, as though to make sure of the matter, he gave me a bottle of Clements Tonic, the first two or three doses of which made me feel like a new man." fc "How long were you absent'from work owing to your illness ?" "-For seven months I could not do a stroke of work. All that time I was crippled with weakness, but 1 had not been taking Clements Tonie very long before my workmates asked me what I had taken toeffeot such a grand change in my appearance. When I had finished my first bottle of Clements Tonic the terrible pains in my back were greatly reduced in severity. The most wonderful thing of all was that I got a good night's rest the first night after taking Clements Tonic, and on waking in the morning I felt greatly refreshed. My aching head was greatly .benefited by this sleep, and before many days wets over my headaches were cured. I now had an almost continuous longing for food. Every time I sat down to the table I did fuJl justice to the eatables placed before uae, and I was not at all fastidious about the food either. The •sense of fulness after eating was no longer my stomach was entirely free from the agony which used to cause me so much trouble. Clementß Tonic also drove away the tormenting pains from between my shoulders, also restoring my bowels to regularity, and making my mouth sweet and clean. My eyesight was soon a* good as ever, and [ could sit down in peace and comfort. F put on weight every day, and a* I •ersevercd with Clements Tonic I was soon entirely free from pain in every respect. I was as lively as a cricket end as strong as ever, eo I went back o work, greatly to the astonishment of hose who bad thought I would nover •ocover. Clements Tonic saved me pounds in docks' bills, for I have never uquired theifWvices since." " Perhaps that's the only sickness you ud?" " You're wrong, because I suffered Vom lumbago twelve months after ncr irst illness. This was brought on through getting wet and cold. I exlorienoed great agony for some time, Sufc I went straight for Clements Tonic 'fid again it cured my complaint. My health could not be better than it has been ever since that time. A friend was nffering from asthma and he said he had tried every medicine without beneit. I recommended Clements Tonic, which he took, and after several weeks' treatment he was quite well and back to work. I saw hia mother last week, and she said his health was grand. These experiences show the reliability of Csement» Tonic, a feet which all sufferers should know, and for this reason you may publish my statement in any way it may please you."
