Constable Stewart of Alexandra has received instructions that he is to be transferred to Cromwell, and he will leave in about a week's time to take up his new duties. During the four years he has been in charge of the Alexandra Police Station, Constable Stewart has proved a careful and conscientious officer, and has carried out his various public duties in a highly capable manner, and has besides proved an estimable citizen.
