Mr R. Moore addressed ono of tho largest political meetings held in ltangiora, on Monday evening. The Mayor occupied the chair. The candidate's speech for the most part was on the lines of his first address, and hs references to the need for reform of the Administration were received with frequent expression* of approval. At the close quite a number of questions were asked, principally by Air H. Bovd, chairman of tho iTon. l>.
