REFORM 29, UNITED 27. SOME SEATS IN DOUBT. MEMBERS OF THE NEW HOUSE. The strength of the parties in the new Parliament has not been changed by the completion of the Official counts in most of the electorates, and except for the recount pending in Bay of Islands the composition of the new House is, apparently, fixed.
