PUBLIC NOTICE east coast trust lands compensation fund In the Maori Land Court of New Zealand Tairawhiti District MATAWHERO No.1 MATAWHERO B or No. 5 IN THE MATTER of Part II of the Maori Purposes Act, 1951 AND IN THE MATTER of the Blocks of land referred to in the First Schedule to the said Act and set out in the Schedule hereto. PURSUANT TO AN ORDER made by the Maori Land Court of New Zealand at Gisborne on the 22nd day of February, 1963 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all persons claiming to be entitled under Part II of the Maori Purposes Act, 1951 to share in the compensation payable by the East Coast Commissioner under that Act in respect of the Blocks set out in the Schedule hereto are HEREBY REQUIRED to make such claims in writing and file the same in the office of the Court at Gisborne on or before Friday the 14th day of June, 1963. Claims must set out full particulars and the grounds upon which they are made and must be supported by searches of the title or titles (if any) on which the claimant relies. Claimants may refer to a memorandum of the Court recorded in the Special Minute Book dealing with East Coast Trust Lands Administration in which the Court's requirements are set out, a copy of which may be inspected at the office of the Court at Gisborne. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Court has made a special fixture and will be sitting at Gisborne on Friday the 26th day of July, 1963, at 10 a.m. to hear and determine the claims filed.
